ARTICLE I

We declared that we are legally a married couple.

ARTICLE II

We rescind all former Wills and Codicils/Amendment made by either or both of us through previous Last Wills and Testament.

ARTICLE III

We give to each other all the rest, residue/remainder of our property, of any kind whatsoever including property held/present now and property that we may acquired and that we maybe entitle to in the future.

ARTICLE IV

In the event that we may pass away/die in an ordinary disaster or within twenty days of one another, we give what’s left (remainder), residue/remainder or our property of any kind whatsoever, including present property that is currently owned, and property that we maybe entitled in the future.

ARTICLE V

We will appoint the survivor of us, as joint, as written, to act as our personal representative, and direct, that they shall serve without partnership. In the event that we pass away/die in an ordinary disaster or within 20 days of one another, we appoint,

ARTICLE VI

We proclaim that this Mutual Will is not made accordance with, to any special agreement that such provisions/supplying have been made in consideration of the other one of us in similar fashion providing, and each of us reserve to ourselves separately, the right to revoke/rescind this Will in any event without notice.
Repudiation/Cancellation by one party shall make this Will null and void.
